STEEL-RULE (FLAT DIE)

Our dies are produced using wood from Birch, Maple and Poplar. Also, solid and layered Rayform Boards, all cut on our 2,500-watt and 600-watt lasers. 

 

Each knifing station is equipped with fully automated CNC benders to insure quality and accuracy.

Finished with rubber cut on our CNC water jet system.
